Inspection

QualiTrolPro inspects production samples prior to mass production. This verifies that product specifications meets requirements and avoids unnecessary reengineering work.
During Inline inspection semi-finished jewelry products are picked up from every process. This confirms the quality of product in this process and allows any necessary changes to be addressed early on, reducing rework time and costs.
The final inspection verifies that finished goods are complied with customers’ requirements on product quality, packing method and boxing.
Samples are randomly selected on your behalf and sent to you, the test lab or to any other destination designated.

Factory Audit

To ensure that your potential or existing suppliers are able to deliver high-quality products, operate efficiently, and support continuous improvement, factory audits can be performed.

This audit evaluates quality system, covering relevant areas, including workers, sample management, calibration， raw material management, production process, quality control, test situation and warehousing.
The evaluation can be done with reference to SA8000, WRAP, BSCI and brand’s standards.
This audit ensures your suppliers are complied with the C-TPAT requirements.
Due to the bad economic situation, many suppliers especially Korean manufacturers secretly escape, resulting in a great loss of your business. QualiTrolPro offers a Financial Risk Assessment Audit that will help you identify the financial risks to work with this supplier.Report includes the workers’ payment condition, raw material suppliers’ payment condition, marketing reputation, etc.

Test

QualiTrolPro conducts chemical and physical tests at our lab in Qingdao, China. We can also provide reports from Intertek/ SGS/ BV if you need.
